    Role summary

    Essential Responsibilities

    You will be travelling global visiting our clients to perform inspection services. You will prepare the job both technically and administrative. You will be a sparring partner for the maintenance crew on site, pointing out your findings during the job. You will write a detailed inspection report and send it to the customer.

    You will closely work with the Sales Manager and the other Inspection Technician based throughout the company. You will be based in the European headquarters of Invert Robotics in Eindhoven the Netherlands and will report to the Operations manager.

    Skills and Experience

    In order to be effective in the position the Lead NDT Inspection Engineer shall have and be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

    • You have at least 5+ years’ experience in Non-Destructive Testing with a proven track record of success.

    • You are the eyes of the robot using remote control to perform the Non-Destructive testing on the surface.

    • General understanding of the maintenance process in the (petro)chemical industry is a plus.

    • You are customer-focused, and you enjoy working in a high-energy environment.

    • Travelling globally, you see as an adventure and you adapt easily to different environments and cultures.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    In order to be effective in the position, the Lead NDT Inspection Engineer shall have and be able to consistently demonstrate the attributes and behaviours described below.

    Integrity, professionalism, positive attitude, a hands-on mentality, and team focus are natural elements in your personality. Next to that:

    • You value safety above everything else

    • You have a strong technical background in engineering and especially NDT

    • You are a highly organized and process-driven individual

    • You have a sufficient knowledge and a good understanding of the English language (written and spoken)

    • Have the ambition and drive to further develop and the talent to grow further in the organisation

    • You are flexible and a team player

    • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, speak Dutch and English and preferably German and/or French fluently.

    • In possession of a driving licence (B)
